We are a stronger organization due to the content you shared with conference participants. You shared valuable tools that CPDs can implement in their counties. I believe you helped county program directors, and others, recognize that although they don’t supervise all staff in the county office, they truly can influence and inspire everyone to exhibit remarkable performance.
