Kirk,
As normal… your emails are a motivation to me. I think a lot of great things about people that I work with… my daughter… my wife… but I assume that they know how I feel. I’ve not only heard your email message before, but said it to others… I’ll work on saying what I think more, so that I’m not relying on people to be mind-readers.
We drove from Ohio to Texas over the Easter break… we stopped along the long drive at a DQ for a short break and I loved the sign they had posted outside by the trashcan, so I had my daughter and her friend stand next to it… our Pastor often says that we need to leave our bad thoughts and baggage at the door… I’ll make sure I do this at home… because there’s no point in hauling a bad attitude into the house and throwing it away in a trashcan inside… I’ll keep those attitudes outside, so they don’t stink up out house

About three weeks ago my Dad took our family with him to Orlando while he was speaking at a hotel for HDI. One night the HDI group was having a party out by the pool. My two brothers and little sister Brooklyn were all with me as we sat in the hot tub. A little while later about six HDI people joined us. They were all discussing business and things like that and we didn’t talk much to them after telling them where we were from and our names. At some point they began talking about the speakers from the conference. And they mentioned Kirk Weisler, not knowing that we were his kids. I was really appreciative to know that all they had to say about my Dad was positive and the ones who had been to his presentations encouraged the others who hadn’t to go and listen to him. They had nothing but words of virtue for my Dad. It makes me feel good that people appreciate and love my dad, and even recommend him to others saying “You will not regret it, it will not waste your time.” and “He will bless your life.” Those words of virtue made me and my brothers smile at each other. Thank you, Brittany.

Hi Kirk,
I was really glad to be able to send two of my staff to your presentation yesterday at Creighton. Being able to send them there and knowing what it would do to them was my inspirational and motivating element.

But I tell you, the minute, the very minute these two individuals walked back in the office, everyone knew it!! The first sign that got me out of my office was laughter!!! Big ones!!! Not a common facial and vocal trait in a Service Desk…. Then of course, you should see the smiles on their faces… it made their ears look small so big and radiant their smiles were.

With the small team that we have, with no more than 6 or 7 people present at any given time but more commonly 4 or 5, having two contagiously radiant people is AWESOME!!!

It was great to meet you in person this afternoon after the event at Emory.
Your presentation was great and really hit the nail on the head. I truly

I wanted to take a moment, though, and thank you for the books and kind

One thing that I have to work on is my interaction. You gathered lots of
info on me, but seemed like I should have been asking similar questions of
you. Talk about thinking about me….. Got to get over that. Kind of hit
me in the car driving home.

your kind words as I was leaving for home and three, reminding me that

Hi Kirk,

It was great to hear you speak again today in Omaha, when I heard you
where coming in town I made sure that my work schedule was clear so that
nothing would get in the way of hearing you speak again and I’m very happy I
did.   The last time I had heard you speak was in Dallas at the HDI
conference and I had learned so much from you, and hearing you speak again
today was as fantastic and inspiring.   I was hoping to get back that
positive motivated and inspired feeling that I had after the HDI Conference
in Dallas that I had lost,   you can say I had gone to the dark side, the
negative unhappy side. I let life kind of beat the happy positive side
out of me and could not seem to get it back,   I would try but would seem
to always fall back to a side that I did not like but seem to always float
back too,   and I think after listing to you speak today is that I was not
growing and learning, I was not bettering myself, you can say I would think
that life would get better by itself without doing anything to make it
better. I have learned a lot from you again today that I can apply at work
with my fellow co-workers and my customers and my personal life at home with
my wife and children. Thanks for everything that you do, you are a great
person and I have been very fortunate to here you speak twice now and I hope
to hear you speak again in the future.

Kirk - I attended your presentation last week for the C3N Network in Louisville. I
had heard you speak a couple of years ago at work and really enjoyed it. But
I almost didn’t come last week because I thought I couldn’t take the
time…..I was too busy….I really didn’t need my spirits lifted or my
attitude changed…..I was “just fine”.
Well, your presentation was exactly what I needed…a real “awakening” for

Hello All! It is a rainy day here in Georgia and I need to start catching up on this blog. Part of my computer work for Dad today was typing up all his “Conference Session Evaluation” sheets. About three weeks ago my Dad took Jake and I on a trip to the beautiful city of Austin. We were able to experience the famous “bat bridge”, some great restaurants, and a fabulous hotel.
